1.    AFTER SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER - Position based  in Savannakhet

Products : Ford Cars and Heavy Equipment (excavators, tractors, generators,...)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Control on the job training and coaching of after sale staff

·         Assigned emergency procedures and health & safety responsibilities.

·         Seek to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

·         Manage the WIP system via Kerridge to ensure accurate records of Technician times, customer details, and timely and accurate invoicing.

·         Meet the Sales Department requirements for delivery including timeframe, and strive for zero defects.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Service or any relate fields

·         At least 3 - 4 years experience in Aftersales Management

·         Good computer skill in MS excel,

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Strong people management skills

·         Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
