The Human Resource Officer is in charge of all administrative tasks dealing with staff members.
These are the responsibilities of the Human Resource Officer:
Paying salaries and benefits
Managing the holiday and sick day schedule
Monitoring loans given to staff members
Providing additional services to staff members (such as housing, uniforms)
The Human Resource Officer will also make sure the staff members follow the company's policies.
Skills required:
having a good practice of MS Word and MS Excel
being tidy and organised
being focused and concentrated
