Finance
Senior Accountant (1 Position)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Executes specific manual accounting writing in the system.
- Produces monthly financial closing and analyzes income-related accounts for reasonableness to provide financial reports to General Management, Central Bank and Bred Group.
- Ensures financial data in timely manner.
- Interfaces with internal departments to compile financial data to satisfy corporate consolidation reporting requirements.
- Performs daily cash reconciliations of correspondent accounts.
- Control various balance sheet account to ensure accuracy.
- May assist the Internal Auditor to perform initial financial department audits to insure accuracy.
- Compile financial data for corporate tax reporting to comply with state government.
Skill/Experience:
Master with 3+ years in banking accounting or
Experience 3+ years in accounting / taxes and good background in accounting and taxes regulation
Excellent computer skills in Excel and IT accounting system
Excellent mathematical and accounting aptitude to control operations and built reporting
Excellent analysis skills and good writing skills
Integrity and rigor
English fluent mandatory
Ability to work under pressure
Sale & Marketing
Relationship Manager – Large Corporations & Institutions (1 Positions)
Main Duties

Grows customer portfolio size by prospecting new customers in accordance with BFL’s strategy

Provides advice on potential services based on identified needs from customers

Collaborates with Sale team, to deliver timely and effective customer solutions

Operates within Risk & Compliance requirements
Skills/ Experience:
Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Economics or business related subjects
At least 3 years experience in banking/financial services industry;
Ability to work in a diverse team
Able to listen to the customers and understand their needs
Customer focused and able to convince
Fluency in English and Lao is necessary, French is a plus
Strong ability with computers is necessary
