Operation-Branch
Head of Branch Operations–Front (1 Position)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordination all branches / Unit services operation activities of the bank in compliance with the international / local regulations and BFL policies and managing Front–Operation staff according to company guidelines, strategy and objective.
- Fully understand BFL, Financial Products & Services offer, so as to supervise and coordinate the branches’ business activities and achieve the goal of sales and profits.
- Update the professional knowledge and skills enabling teller staffs to offer efficient and sustainable good services to the clients.
- Manages and controls branch activities in order to reach goal, target and budget that have been agreed.
- Manages the allocation of productivity and quality goals and the achievement of individual goals.
- Monitor, manages the weekly meeting with the branches chief teller and team leader.
Skill/Experience:
Finance
Senior Accountant (1 Position)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Executes specific manual accounting writing in the system
- Produces monthly financial closing and analyzes income-related accounts for reasonableness to provide financial reports to General Management, Central Bank and Bred Group.
- Ensures financial data in timely manner.
- Interfaces with internal departments to compile financial data to satisfy corporate consolidation reporting requirements.
- Performs daily cash reconciliations of correspondent accounts.
- Control various balance sheet account to ensure accuracy.
- May assist the Internal Auditor to perform initial financial department audits to insure accuracy.
- Compile financial data for corporate tax reporting to comply with state government.
