IRL is looking for a new young professional member to assist in the rapid growth of our company
Duties:
- Managing, coordinating and supervising allocated research projects
- Coordinate with client on the project implement and progress
- Prepare project schedules, costing and budgets planning
- Manage appropriate FW/QC documents and ensure that all reporting is completed
- Supervise Field/QC Supervisors and ensure all QC procedures are carried out
- Maintain records / file for each project that is to be filed
- Work closely with the project staff to ensure all research projects is achieved as schedules are met
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in research and social science related fields
- At least 3 years working experience in research, Social or business development
- Experience in Qualitative Research Project will be an advantage
- Knowledge of data processing, data analysis and statistic will be an advantage
- Group dynamics, time management, project management and negotiation skills
- Good people management skills
- Good level spoken and written English, proven communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email etc.)
- Being a Fast learner and Hard worker, high level of honesty and Integrity is essential
