The bank has recently opened its first agency in Vientiane, offering premium, modern commercial banking services. The company headquarter is based in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Teller (5 Positions)
Skill/Experience:
University Degree in a relevant field
2-3 years Experience in the banking in the relevant position
Experience in working with multinational people
Fluency in English – speech, reading and writing
French is a plus
Sale & Marketing
Relationship Manager – Large Corporations & Institutions (2 Positions)
Main Duties
§ Grows customer portfolio size by prospecting new customers in accordance with BFL’s strategy
§ Provides advice on potential services based on identified needs from customers
§ Collaborates with Sale team, to deliver timely and effective customer solutions
§ Operates within Risk & Compliance requirements
Skills/ Experience:
Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Economics or business related subjects
At least 3 years experience in banking/financial services industry;
Ability to work in a diverse team
Able to listen to the customers and understand their needs
Customer focused and able to convince
Fluency in English and Lao is necessary, French is a plus
Strong ability with computers is necessary
