Dansavanh Nam Ngum Resort is looking for a Lao Nationality for the position of Accountant. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:                 

Formulate policies and guidelines relative accounting and administration.  

Monitor and review actual spending versus budgets. 

Provide the management with accurate financial statistics including Financial Statements. 

Analyze Monthly expenditures. 

Develop and implement policies and procedures on asset maintenance and disposal. 

Prepare a database of all contracts which includes the monitoring of expirations, renewal, amendments, correspondence. 

Check the validity of Change Orders against original contracted price. 

Ensure that variances on actual project costs are explained and corrective actions are taken.

Monitor records of client’s payments and invoices. 

Ensure accuracy of Standard Cost budget for all projects. 

Check the validity of Monthly Revenue against billed invoices. 

Prepare monthly payroll of employees.
