-Testing the first garment wash from sample line production for color fastness as required by customer especially Puma then make the test result before passing to lines production
-Asking the color cards from KTC China before the bulk fabric arrive
Inspect quality of the bulk fabric for color shading, color fastness color
Combination & Shrinkage.
-Test all accessories for color matching & Shrinkage before passing to line production. Write garment wash, print test then making the test report & send to concerning customers and suppliers and purchasers both in KTC China & Thailand
*2006-2008: I had moved to work in a personal department at Trio (Laos) Export Co; Ltd.)As an administrator & personal assistant manager
Main duties: Held a conference, booking hotel both guest and meeting, Translate Lao documents into English and English into Lao. Prepare documents for meeting, make factory’s payment, for electric bill, Phone’s bill, & dairy used cars, check the rule and regulation of the factory which matches with the Lao labor law, check all documents of employees inform the factory’s rule to all workers. Prepare reports send to factory manager. Personal manager and to the head office in KTC China by sending E-mail to concerning sections. Coordinate with official government especially the ministry of Labor and social welfare sometime goes to meeting and workshop Etc…
2009-2010 On 2009- May – 12. I had been moved to work as an assistant manager of the factory manager. Main responsibilities are.
1/Making daily out put report sending to China & in side the factory
2/Making weekly shipment plan base on out put report & line plan. Ship every week
3/Write weekly output report per line sending weekly.
4/Write summary & actual output report sending monthly.
5/Making line plan when receives order requirement from customer before real production or which Priority comes first or which orders are urgent and check all materials arrive in time or not. Base on the customer delivery date or their requirement before making production plan at our side.Other job base on boss orders or customer requires. (Resigned on 2010-February-27th)
2010- March-1st. Change job and have moved to work with The Community development and environment Association or (CDEA) as a Project Manager of habitat project that means: providing loan to poor families for House repairing and toilet construction and the main responsibilities are:
1/Make annual report sending yearly (end of year)
2/Make quarterly report sending (3 months per time)
3/Make narrative report sending every month
4/Make beneficiary report or person who was provided loan
5/Make loan repayment report sending monthly
6/Monitoring of loan repayment or loan collection with field manager at the target villages
7/Analyze the poor families the suitable poor families before providing loan to them
8/On site base line survey or collect data and information to the target villages with the field manager
9/Write contract in Lao version and signing contract before loan providing
10/Make project plan to help poor families in the new villages’ target and other job base on boss requirement. (Result is Habitat Project is ended in Lao)
2010 September 15th.Change job and have moved to work with Lao – German cooperation or (GTZ) as Administration cum accountant base in Attapeu Province (short term) and the main duties are…
1/Follow up Project finance
2/Follow up all expenses base on the Project request and the project plan
3/Follow up daily Bankbook and cashbook (Program Cashbook)
4/Follow up log book daily car use and fuel consumptions per day and month
5/All the logistics base on the Project requirement

2010 December 20th. Got job with Phonesack group company.Ltd. As senior deputy administration and. Finance at Sekong coal mine project base in Padou village Taouy district Salavanh . Province from the beginning of Padou Mining zone.
Finance duties
*Adequate control petty cash expenditure
*Ensure petty cash payments are support by proper document
*Maintaining the cash flow and keep being reconciled a daily basic
*Keep proper record- register
*Ensure the expense claim supported by proper document and approved by Department manager.
*Ensure that converting of currency is accurate.
*Ensure that expense claim be paid on appropriate time
*Inform suppliers regarding payment make
*Match invoices with goods received in the system
*Ensure that price & quantity variations are properly treated
*Reconcile creditors’ balance on a timely basis
*Prepare payment batches for payment of invoice by Vientiane office in according with payment timetable

1/Take care all camp requirements base on camp and mine site as necessary and priority for all staffs start from 10 people and now about 150 people up
2/Follow up Project finance daily expense record and write weekly and monthly report
3/Follow up all project expenses base on the Project request & plan
4/Follow up daily Bankbook and cashbook (Program Cashbook)
5/Follow up fuel usage both at Mine site and subcontractors & make invoice to claim back from them (dump trucks & Mining Heavy equipments)
6/Follow up log book daily car usage and fuel consumptions per day and month and write weekly and monthly report
7/All the logistics base on the Project requirement
8/Make the project fund requirement monthly both petty cash & fuel & give to the owner approval
9/Make invoice for subcontractors for excavators’ owners, drilling company (Duangsone drilling rigs) and Board Long year. Calculate base on the two parties’ agreement price & cost (excavator working hours, drilling depth cost & accommodation fee) for approval
10/The other jobs base on the Boss order….
